Q. Are BookIt and Office Pro. Windows compatible?
A. Yes, they are designed to be 100% compatible with the Windows O/S.
Q. Can I backup my database?
A. Yes, there is a facility on both program’s Control Panel to click and
save.
Q. Can I network Paintball BookIt?
A. No. That facility is only available on Paintball Office Pro.
Q. Can I use Paintball Office Pro. if I have more than one site?
A. Yes, absolutely. Just copy your spare .mdb database, rename it to your
extra site(s), and direct Paintball Office Pro. to it, via the control
panel button. You can have as many sites as you wish.
Q. How do I move a booking, when the details remain the same, but the
customer changes their Game date?
A. Simple. Just use the edit option with the booking highlighted and
change to the new date. Paintball BookIt and Paintball Office Pro., will
move the entire bookings details from the old date, to a new one
automatically.
Q. If a customer makes a booking, pays their deposit, and then has to
put the booking on ‘hold’ for some reason, will both bookings programs
cope?
A. Yes, no problem. Simply ‘park’ the booking on a day when you won’t be
playing e.g. Christmas day 25/12/0? When the customer decides on a new
date, simply change it back from your ‘holding’ day, to their new date,
using the edit booking facility.

from both virus and spyware threats?
A. Yes, definitely. We thoroughly scan all our products with the very
